Although I am a debenture holder but not a shareholder, I would think this might be hopeful from a shareholder's point of view.  If shareholders get zero, this doesn't sound at all like best value to me.

This doesn't make sense.  What if every bid was for a dollar amount that would've left nothing for the shareholders?

Also if Debs aren't getting 100% of their money (which is the case here based on the language so far), why would you think the shareholders are getting anything?

I feel bad for them because management was a collosall fail, but at the same time, shareholders collected dividends through Q3 & Q4 2014 and all of 2015 when they had no business doing so.
