...it wasn't graphite that was delivered. From my conversations with GLK the plant commissioning is completely in their control right now ..with that I will assume that means that it just isn't financially justifiable to open when the orders aren't big enough or constant enough YET...There is a daily cost to run that plant and it most likely is cheaper to process offsite until a purchase agreement is in place and they know that they have X tonnes to process each month..JMO
