RE:RE:RE:Trying to understand some thingsYes, total shares will have doubled, but not since Dec 15. Shares from the offering take a few days to a week to appear in trading accounts to be traded. Also, rights offerings are designed to be somewhat non-dilutive, as the company gets funds from the offering. Of course, because the subscription price was 1 cent, it is expected that the share price would decline from current levels as newly issued shares start to trade.

Also, this was a particularly attractive rights offering, as each right entitled you to a share plus a warrant, exercisable at 5 cents for 5 years. That is pretty rare amongst rights offerings. I actually considered exercising the rights, getting shares, and dumping the shares, but keeping the warrants. I expect there are some others who would have done this.

The huge amount of warrants does put a cap on this stock for a while, unless there is some substantial gains in revenue. I will be interested to watch how this trades in the coming weeks.
