RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:for or againstI am a current shareholder, but purchased shares recently so won't be participating in the vote.

I am curious why people are voting this down. As I see it, Sprott shareholders are getting a bunch of cash, and a fabulous iron ore asset that will have significant value once the commodity cycle ramps up again. ADI has no debt, no liabilities really, and about 28 or so million in cash. 

I can see being Sprott shareholders being miffed at not getting the warrants offered to ADI shareholders, but otherwise, seems like a great addition to Sprott.

The market's treatment of this proposal is a bit strange as well. For many weeks, ADI was trading at a discount to Sprott pro forma to the deal, in spite of the added warrants. Then, last few weeks, ADI has seen huge volume and substantial price appreciation, while Sprott has been trading flat and low volume. CUrious...
