The Lac Dore Project comprises two claim blocks, referred to as Lac Dore Main and Lac Dore North. The Lac Dore Main claims cover an area of 648.82 hectares (Ha), and the Lac Dore North claims cover an area of 4,637.87 Ha.

RE:RE:Annual MeetingSplit, what are you people smoking? A stock splits when it is priced TOO HIGH in the markets perception. Management says "Give me your OLD 100 dollar share and I will SPLIT it into 4 of these NEW 25 dollar shares." Good managers use this to attract new investors and add liquidity. You fools are talking about a roll back. Management says "Give me 10 of your 7 cents shares and I will give you 1 new 70 cent share. Makes us look great. " Problem is, unless there is a real reason to do this, the shares will drift back to the roll back price and so now you have 1/10th of your original investment. See, it is a great way for poor managers to not drop below the magic share price number the TSX requires to allow then to do public raisings to keep the trough filled......
