I am quite sure that no one is questioning the "North of $5" price but you put it quite well as to what has to be considered first and well before the $5 mark will be or could be attained. 

My suggestion to investors is to buy your first tranche of the stock now at these levels but hold off on your entire purchase or subsequent tranches until more assurances are cleared up.

You aren't going to miss out on the deal of a lifetime...trust me!
