My point still stands. You don't take a gamble in a situation like this, this isn't a casino. They didn't go lets go for all or nothing, they just wanted more than the shareholders. Really think that through. Would you knowingly go into court saying we want it all or nothing or would you make sure you at least got what was offered if the hearing didn't go your way. Just think about it.
