so the new owners of ridgeback are financial advisors who look out companies going into bankrupcy. Reality is they get contacted by wright those about to go into bankrupcy the oppression remedy was filed around the time lighstream was bankrupt but was holding it off for 6 months they contacted mudrick capital and got a good plan and won.Now l dont know who why no one investigated them earlier and allowed them to file a oppression remedy. i guess that is why they are located in U.s.a harder for canadians to look into.
