Question about UR

Question about UR
I have been following this stock since November but have not yet bought.  I am not seeking investment advice, just input from other shareholders.  I see a lot of talk about potential for a "$5 stock".  Is this just an arbitrary estimate of value from some of the more bullish posters on the board,  or if not where is the analysis to support this possible valuation?  I am not questioning the statement but I would like to know where the numbers come from.  Thanks for your input.
