For the number that you gave me for IR!! Lol....I called the number last night about 8pm to just confirm that I reached...HBC........After 4 rings a man answered and said hello. This is Elliot speaking....I was dumbfounded because I wasn't expecting anyone to answer.....We ended up talking about HBC and I was asking why they weren't doing more for the shareholders....ie...REIT creation....After apologizing about calling his CELL I told him that I would call today and talk more about the situation....First impression was that Elliot is a very warm intelligent person...am looking forward to speaking with him!   SO TY Sky!
