If this was a junior explorer we're toast.  As a producer showing improvement by at least a few metrics--proven resource, drilling on Osisko's doorstep, good mill with ability ot increase capacity, etc. there's still hope as you say for no SC--I think they're going for a 5:1 .  The usual course of events is that the SP gradually sinks.  We're not exactly grasping at straws but only slightly better prospects.  Obviously they need money--the SC is mainly for that.  I was hoping for a buyout but maybe the best we'll get here is a tax write off.  Still hope though.  We'll see.   IMO
