These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Thank you SkypltWith the slow demise of Sears I imagine HBC will continue to capitalize on increased sales.....The stand alone retail side of HBC shoud easily garner the current SP valuation therefore the inevitable spin off of the real estate is bonus value....
The shorts of recent will have no choice but to cover.......Making USA great again involves retail sales going much higher on local levels......
Trump will capitalize on Amazon tax situation which IMHO will level the playing field going forward.  I personally prefered the brick and mortar shopping this year.....The Amazon deals were just not good enough to warrant not supporting my local merchants...
