3.60 is this in anticipation of RE2?

When RE1 was announce in March 2016, the SP went up 28%. Will we see the same thing happen when RE2 is announced? If so that will bring the SP up to about 4.61. Or is the RE2 already built in the current price? Perhaps part of it is. Nevertheless the very near future looks promising.
