RE:RE:END THIS LAND OWNERSHIP CONFUSION NOW!Did a little digging on company
Minera Veta Dorada the company that is the target of the suit and it appears to be some shell company that uses a website www.dynacor.com.pe. However the website is registered to someone named Jose Benigno Torres Alberca that who is connected with a company named
Dynacor Exploraciones del Peru SA. A search on this takes me to this:
- Company Name: MINERA TUNGSTENO MALAGA DEL PERU SA
- Website: https://www.dynacor.com.pe
- Social Razon Previous: Dynacor del Peru SA Explorations
- Company Type: Sociedad Anonima
- Status: Active
- Home Activities Date: 12 / June / 1996
- Commercial Activity: Ext Min Nonferrous Ore...
So not sure where the dung is going with this. Also note the Company type. The translation of Sociedad Anonima is
Anonymous Society.
A search on Jose Benigno Torres Alberca is even more revealing.
Found this gem of a document from 2014. This is a translated exerpt. So the dung has again shown that his rants are worth as much as his name suggests.
1. ADMINISTRATIVE RESOURCE AND ACT IMPUGNATED
The appeal filed by the company Dynacor Exploraciones Per S.A., now Minera Tungsteno Malaga del Peru S.A., against Administrative Resolution No. 225-2012-ANA-ALA.SLN dated on March 26, 2012, Issued by the Local Water Authority Santa Lacramarca - Nepea, by which it was imposed a Fine of 4 ITUs for using surface water from the Jajarajau stream for productive use by Mining company without the corresponding right to use water issued by the National Water Authority and to
Wastewater of mining origin to the Plata river and to the Pelagatos stream, without corresponding authorization,
I don't know how this relates to the current Dynacor Veta Dorada mill. Only the dung can make that connection.
