RE:RE:RE:RE:Questions for the long termersI guess it goes back to my original question, whats the impact of rates if it goes up say 1 percent?
It looks like its not transparent if there are totally differing opinions.  My concern is if you take 1 percent 
of billions in debt and then look at their financials, its huge. But to offset its a utility that can pass it onto their 
customers too.  Extra money, thought of adding, but will wait for a bit more clarity even if i miss the next boat,
on the other hand, the dividend is safe. I thought the Empire revenues are most of the 14-15 targets but will
wait for the next report or two. Its also about missing expectations and none of these utility stocks are trading
cheap.  Just thinking out loud.
