Zinc price and treatment charges both heading higher?

Zinc price and treatment charges both heading higher? I think the answer is yes:

Zinc hit $2800/mt today, back up near 60 day highs. That's also something like a 9 year high.

Treatment charges reported by NIF in the 3 quarters of 2016 already reported show the benchmark heading higher but the spot moving lower. TD's analyst Steven Green uses a 70%/30% benchmark and spot mix in his latest estimates. Using a 70/30 split to calculate the treatment charge the number is higher in each supsequent report, with the Q3 report coming in at just over US$180/mt.
