RE:RE:RE:RE:Craft deal announcedGlad the value of Craft will become liquid soon enough it seems.

I have to wonder why Chinook would go through all the time, banker fees, lawyers, distraction etc. to spin off Craft only for Craft to essentially immediately wind down. Couldn't all this have just happened within the old Chinook with the benefit of not paying a bunch of lawyers and bankers?
