Despite all the rumours about this trip, up to now we do not have a trading halt - so all is possible. A made a few thought about earnings, but please do your own duediligence.

Just about 3 weeks, if we have one week in mind for money transfer!

I guess the earliest date for the start of production site is April. One month for all the administrative work should be enough and I have confidence that M. Dehn and Eureka and Procana have a smooth timeline for this.

I would like to discuss the market cap of FMR, given that the GRABASA deal will be finished as proposed.

The following numbers have been announced and can be found on different websites:

- total asset : ~ 14 Million Euros (ok, we know that a while. I take this number for hedging the the needed debt)

- annual sales :

Providing premium dimension stone for commercial, retail and industrial applications throughout Europe, Grabasa averaged over €6 million in annual sales in the last 5 years of its operation.
- In the final year of operation Grabasa`s average monthly operating costs were €217,600 and its average monthly sales were €371,475.

- forecast (IMHO this is still valid just a year later):

FMR expects 2m euros sales ($3m CDN) in 2nd half 2016, rising to 4m euros ($6m CDN) in 2017, increasing to 6m+ euros ($9m+ CDN by 2018).

My conservative approach (of cource without a monthly debt rate):

~ average monthly 150,000 earning before tax, let's take 100,000 Euros x 12 = 1,2 m Euros / Year
~ further a 5 or 6 EPS ratio => market cap ~ 7 m Euros! => 9,8 mCan$
33,4 m shares => 0,30Can$ (Grabasa only)

do your own DD, and have a nice time!
