RE:We dont know anything about the news.....The contracts can only be contingent upon Orbite`s ability to commercially produce HPA which to date they have NOT PROVEN. Who would sign a contract to receive delivery on such and such a date with a company that has yet to prove they can even deliver the order, IMHO This News was to set up to facilitate another financing and much more dilution.
