It's not the first time Teva has done something similar to this. They lost a patent infringement case to Lilly.

It does look like Yosprala is doing well enough for someone to create a generic. They will make the case that it's just the combination of two drugs but if their generic is simiilar to yosprala in how it's combined there's no way they're going to win.
