RE:We have arrivedPhoton is also a very attractive bet as a sympathy and overseas play from the American semi-conductor industry - those are all priced to perfection in the south and garner 21-25x p/e on average and are all beating expectations and looking at 5% growth rates above estimates for 2017 - I know we'll never achieve a 21x P/E in the Canadian markets but if .10-.12 ebitda can be achieved in 2017 (seems possible) then this is an easy, easy investment at this level. If borders are not an issue for a portfolio manager, then Photon is clearly a really nice explosion bet

The new IR firm may have helped turn a few new eyeballs our way and now we are above $1 institutanal and funds may be grabbing positions. Stll, we have far to go to become fairly valued. Let's assume that we crest to $11mm in EBITDA which is reasonably attained given the backlog of the end of the previous qtr. Rather than sit at 13.5X PE we may now see closer to 18-20X where our mature peers tend to trade at. With earnings around .10/share were looking at a sp 1.80-2.00 (excluding the 35mm+ of cash , 20% y/y growth, doubling production capacity, new product, new client, etc.. ) These next few months will be very exciting! I suspect they may release pleminiary FY2016 results soon as they had early for Q3.. looking forward to hearing about the new facility.. may just do a tour next trip into Vancouver..
