RE:RE:"Shareholders pretty low on the totem pole"Very true.  They just closed that financing this month.  If they turn around and screw the shareholders then those financiers will sue, or charge, them large and win easily.  The argument would be they must've known this would happen so close to financing.  Let's see what they come up with, I'm sure Tom doesn't want to be charged.

I worked for a company once that sold all its assets to some holding company, but none of its liabilities....my stock options disappeared, a number of lawsuits were filed and the landlord (and others) got screwed.
