Yes but EAT came out with good news, the stock price spiked briefly then dropped back down.  Let's hope that FIN also releases good news (it HAS to be, since the company requested the mid-trading day halt for full effect, and didn't just release the news before the open) and the FIN share price spikes and stays up...
