I know what I am getting but I want to know what is your vested interest in
fooling the Investors, and am asking you where in all your referred links it shows Shareholders are getting nothing?

Pancho, I'm not trying to fool anyone.  I've provided my opinion based on my reading of the Monitor's report and the Court Order.  If the Monitor disagrees with your position, it would be better to know now so you and the other shareholders can contact a lawyer to see if you should initiate legal proceedings to enforce your rights.  You may be right but I suggest you have that confirmed by the Monitor.
