Tic frustration

Tic frustrationWas this not decent news ? They have no debt ? They have deals pending? Think trump could hand them a deal and they would say nothing . This is beyond frustrating . I have heard good things but Mr. Scott holds onto it .. it seems. Just frustrated. It's a 2.22 on nothing ? Then drops wtf
