Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:don't want to interrupt anything but...Hi ferret, I am sticking with my Oct 7/16 prediction: "If it can blow through $1.55 there is a vacuum up to about $2.25 which it could cover in a short period of time (by next spring?) under the right circumstances: Stella coming online flawlessly, production exceeding forecasts, one or two strategic purchases, continued debt reduction, possibly a reserve estimate upgrade and Brent exceeding $60 on a sustained basis - am I asking too much?"

I believethere is still the possibility that we will achieve all the lofty expectations named above by Spring and see $2.25 tested. Nevertheless I agree with you that there is lots of static in the $1.80-$2 range which will be difficult and frustrating to sit through without taking some money off the table.
