Just look at the stock price since 2010 and you figure out if paying directors double who have a legal background is worth it. Now look at firms not having legal background directors. Barf consultant has time , let him look at corporations not having a legal background and see if their doing better. Better yet look at last years ccaa and bankripcy corporations and research directors background till you barf!
