RE:company response

RE:company responseSuggest that all shareholders send an E-Maill to DWI expressing their concerns to the Board of Directors, and the need for the Board to take action to enhance shareholders' investments. It is time for the Board to act and fire Peter Allen who has been one of the most disappointing CEOs in Canada. See a copy of my E-Mail below:

To Patrick Houston, CEO of Dragonware

I have significant concerns on the governance of Dragonwave. I wish to put the directors of Dragonwave on notice that they are failing in their fiduciary duties to shareholders in ensuring that the President and CEO and his management team have a financial plan with achievable goals to ensure that Dragonwave’s financial performance does not rank consistently below the industry average, and they are effective in turning revenues into bottom line profits. Over the last five days, shareholders’ investments in Dragonwave have declined 25.1%, and 38% over the last 52 weeks. The security has underperformed the S&P by 65.1% during the last year. It is imperative that the Board of Directors should consider timely strategic alternatives to enhance shareholders’ investments in Dragonwave.
