My thought was PGD's thinking that with all the interest after the PEA (CA's and institutional interest) be it either a JV or buyout was probably in the cards. Therefore the need for funding the winter program would be fullfilled.
I feel that in all likelyhood a combination of the diamond sale failures, India's monetization issues and probably the Friedlands not willing to sell for cheap. (Which I appreciate)
Now we need money for the winter program.
Chantal is brought in to assist in this aquisition requirement. PDAC is to keep the dream alive and in the news.
Make lemonade out of lemons, as my wife says.
It's not doom and gloom, merely a repositioning.
