RE:Headed to 28 cents...I am only a small shareholder here but am holding for possible exceptional gains. Been averaging up since my first meager purchase @12.5 cents. Last purchase @21 cents.

Seems like many small and large shareholders are holding tight resulting in a smaller available trading float....

P:S: Looks like a repeat surge in late afternoon may unfold again today...
