RE:RE:RE:MondayCorrect Ark88.  Now ask yourself would FGD ($100M company) provide all of the cash for this JV and split revenue evenly if SCG wasnt bringing a signficant deal to the table?  Not a chance.  There is also a reason the deal close date was only 6 days from the announcement, the deal on the table is moving quick.

what this deal essentially does for SCG is to backstop their liability which has been their achilles heel. So from a SCG shareholder perspective, once this closes on Tuesday any deal announced would light a fire under this rocket.
