Financing with convertible debentures has two inconvenients: 1) dilution 2) hedging by institutions: they frequently sell shares short to guaranty the loan they make to the company. So it could take a few days before ORT returns over 30 cents. Anyway, this drop represents a good buying opportunity. I bought 200k shares this morning because I am convinced that we have turned the corner! Read the 4th paragrah of the last press release and you'll be fixed on the future of this company.
