And just so we've got our facts straight, the run rate is currently 120m and it's not growing like a bad weed. I think that this very compitent mgmt is going to make both me you lots of money at the end of the day. It's just been a tough start but I get that we're in the early stages and I plan on holding my shares for anywhere between 3-5 depending on how things progress
