RE:Regulatory Compliance

So the key to getting the party started is recieving the regulations.....before Christmas Brad mentioned that most of those regulations should be out in January....presumably enough for them to be able to go ahead. So, does anybody know if any regulations have been released? Does anybody know who to ask from Government as to when regulations will be finished and released?
