The only reason insiders were selling shares as early as they could after the PP announcement was because they easily qualify to buy into the PP ... they're all secured and accredited investors, which means they have they meet all the financial capacities in order to purchase a minimum dollar value of shares ... in other words you have to be rich to participate in the PP to begin with ... and that spells INSIDER all the way.
