The only patent for China that I see is:

China Patent No. 201180050306.7, for processing of Manganous Sulphate-Dithionate Liquor

I have reviewed the press preleases back past 2011 and can't find anything specific and related to the recyclng patent methods they are applying for USA and Canada for China and Japan.
 

Are they are they not able to get patents where the larger markets are or can someone show me direction where there is something that suggests patents are pending or accepted specific to the Maganesse Lithium Ion Battery Recycling Patents for China and/or Japan?

It is possible they have not reached out that far yet and I am getting ahead of things. Not sure.
