I'm sorry but I have never done a Private Placement through a broker and neither have the friends that I know who have also done Private Placements with Erin Ventures or other companies.

You said when you first arrived on this board that you have known Tim for 25 years. I presume that you have known Blake since he started working for Erin Ventures in October of 1998.

I strongly recommend that you give Blake a call and ask him about other ways to participate in the Private Placements that do not require you to be an Accredited Investor.

I don't want to give you inaccurate information.
