Whitecap Resources Inc. is an oil-weighted growth company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. Its core areas include the West Division and East Division. Its West Division is comprised of three regions: Smoky, Kaybob and Peace River Arch (PRA). The properties in its Smoky region include Kakwa and Resthaven, all located in Northwest Alberta. The primary reservoir being developed is the Montney resource play, mainly comprised of condensate-rich natural gas. Kaybob is located in the Fox Creek region of Northwest Alberta. RE:RE:Buying one half of my positionSkypit, I know what you are talking about, however, it is all the uncertainty that has sparked this sell off.  For example, we have uncertaity on Carbon taxes, royalties, pipelines etc.  and that is without Trump.  

If Nutbar is right and Fidelity wants out of Canada that is meaningful.  That being said I don't trust Nutbar, he is always playing a position.  That being said I get his logic on the border tax etc.  The U.S needs our heavy oil to refine.

If I was going to guess I would say this is a buying opportunity, however, I think Captain may be correct a half position or even more careful a third position to leave you room to average in.  Just my 2 cents and now for my one star lol, cheers Matthew
