They are doing everything exactly the way they should be.
Get the permit changed to the new location
Buy the land
Pay for the permit.
American Buyout... the worst thing that could happen.
PP is covered already , 7  million shares of  dilution is nothing.
If you don't have the patience to wait for issuance of canadian licence , which is what is going to make MGW rocket... move on.
