Revenues with and without GFIEuroncontrol it’s all about XENEMETRIX. Since the acquisition of this Company (subsidiary), EUO has made the annual and quarter reports separating revenues from XENEMETRIX and GFI. Gross revenues from these two Companies in the past were higher than current revenues, of course. Bruce, Doron and Andres had a good salary when GFI was controlled by EUO. Now that GFI is out, and they only have one subsidiary that makes revenues, and (they are making around the same revenues that they made 12 quarters before), it is not normal to see that these 3 persons earn more money now (+35%) with salary than they did it before with GFI. I’m saying: Well, if EUO can bring $6 million annual sales like it did before, go and pay a good salary for these guys. GFI was representing around 75% of overall revenues. Xenemetrix the 25%.
But the reality is that EUO is making only $335,000 revenues by quarter. Without the EU decision about SICPA I really don’t think that EUO could achieve $6 million revenues again. The reality here is that Doron had a $341,000 salary in 2014, and now around $400,000. For do what? Bruce from $200k to $310k, and other people.
And then, yes…EUO gets $1,5MM every year that can hold them for a while, but without guidance, this is a dead Company right now. Xenemetrix is working for them, not for all shareholders. No way to see EUO above $0,20 without outlook.
