RE:jUST COPY FROM NEWS DEC 12And we are transitioning from the 4th to the 5th right now. All 9 centres are up and running. Capacity should improve every month, from February to the end of year. As the year moves along, they will get more trained staff, and offer more and more services. They should also get licensed to offer different types of services, leading to longer stays.
