RE:We are Going UP....FGD on a runaway buying...@.40 cents!

RE:We are Going UP....FGD on a runaway buying...@.40 cents!FGD needs SCGs tech and government contracts to do what they want to do in 2017.  This deal is all but done and the NR is imminent, today, tomorrow, next week, whatever.  The two companies didnt put a 6 day close on the deal without knowing it was getting done.  People act like SCG might not be able to close the deal....laughable.....FGD has a lot to lose by not making it happen as well, hence why they are paying so much for it.
