Cost Cutting!

Cost Cutting!IMHO  This is where the bottom line comes in!Dont like to see people get layed off but it greatly enhance their bottom line!Bombardier has been carrying too many people in their germany plants far too long!Theey need to hire and reduce work force strategically!
