RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Short 2000 shares at 43.50$ Ouch!!MB,  I think it was 3-4 B that Pershing took out of the investment.   When they bought in it was just over 12%  of the company,   close to 21 million shares,  the price was in the high $40s and that would be about a Billion Dollars, so we are talking about the same investment.

At the time CP had a very friendly board towards Fred Green and there was quite a struggle to get enough people on the board to oust Green.

I do not think there is the same resistance with the CSX board,  but more of a nagotiation process....

We will see pretty soon how it plays out............
