question(s)

question(s)Anyone following this bankrupt stock?  It sounds like SundEdison parent company will get between 25 and 35% of the asset sale of its two yieldcos if they go through to Brookfield Asset Management.  Price is around $2.6 billion.  The one deal is February 21st timeline and the other deal is early March from what I read.

My questions are when is the bankruptcy scheduled to wrap up?  Will this stock be impacted if the deal is successful?  Are the yieldcos the golden goose for SunEdison after which they have no other assets that are significant?

How much does the parent company owe?  Any thoughts on if this stock will have a chance if the deals go through to gain?  I saw it go to $.35 recently on news only a few months back.  Anyways appreciate the feedback.

GLTA!
