Been following CXR

Been following CXRListening to all the pundits, analysts and all saying this company is on the verge of not meeting its covenents and has very high debt and wouldn't go near the stock. So they just paid off a 72 million pound debt plus interest with existing cash. So what's wrong here? Is it not an investor's first rule of thumb..buy low, sell high? What's the rest of the story? tia   gl
