Where are all these shares coming from?

Where are all these shares coming from?Haven't seen this before. For weeks millions of shares have been traded. Everytime when there is a breakout the share price is pressed down again to ~.11 CAD. Are these the warrants for .10 CAD - Not really; that are only 7Million. A short? - Would be really stupid. UR plays are doubling these days. Nobody would short a UR play in these days; that must end in a squeeze. So, do You have an idea where all these shares are coming from. Just compare the volume in the last weeks with the volumen in the last years. I'm wondering what is going on here. Is it manipulation for a lower price or is somebody using the good situation to get rid of all of his shares? But if an "insider" is selling so much shares it must have been published. This situation is fascinating me. Greetings, Michael
