RE:RE:RE:Chile tour guide Uh oh... on the face of it, this doesn't seem to bode well for the "lose to win" strategy.

I suppose on the one hand , we could look at things realistically and say that since this is not a trial or even a hearing, but simply a confirmation of JT finally following the procedural protocol for filing an action in the judicial system, then it doesn't count as a victory.

On the other hand, JRL will likely crow about this as a devasting blow to CMN, a great victory by him and his legal team, a dagger in the heart of ABX, a slap to the face of the BCSC, a omen of doom to the dastardly DiFonzo, etc., etc, etc...

If I'm not mistaken, the courts go into hibernation for a month now, so there will be plenty of time to surmise, and for JRL and all of us to bask in the glow of his glorious and hard fought "victory", Lol!
