Boom! WPX opening the doors!

Boom! WPX opening the doors!Latest NR.. Western Resources Co created to hold WPX in it's entierty with no change to existing shareholders current ownership. However, it avails the new company to diversify into other resources . I'd suspect Chinese SOE's and other Institutional buyers will start buying up stock. With the financial backing all in place with CDB the buid of the pilot mine is good to go and deep pockets available to fund full mine expansion without further dilution. Using the same formula they will now have the ability to expand the business into other resourse plays. Again, I doubt with additional dilution as the current ownership group would not be keen to see any further dillution of their significant investment. It provides the Chinese a back door rout to buy other resource assets & companies without going through reglatory approvals with the CDN gov. Now, each deal will be subject to approvals but no where near as long and costly as starting from scratch as a foreign company buying a CDN resource company or asset. I do not see a downside here. Once the newly formed corp hits the Asian exchange the flood gates of Chinese buyers may come in given the expanded potential of the company. Looks like we are set up for a potentially massive rally over the next year ..
