RE:What are they thinking!?They've been pre-selling this for months - that's why we've seen a wall in the mid 30's for so long. After botching the last financing I guess they learned their lesson.

Full warrant seems ridiculously generous but there's still a lot of risk here. If they can close on the whole $5.5M they'll be in a good place to develop the company.
